Terms of Sale

Services and Subscription

Searchwipe offers services designed to protect your personal information online. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees listed for your chosen package on our website or as communicated to you in writing. Any changes or cancellations should be made via your account on our website.

Payment and Billing

Subscription payments are made automatically from the specified payment card or bank account. We reserve the right to adjust prices, with reasonable notice provided to subscribers. Applicable taxes and fees may be added to the invoice, depending on your subscription and current legislation.

Cancellation and Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into My Pages and following the instructions under “Subscription.” As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of subscribing and receive a full refund. To exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund, please contact our customer service. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 days after we handle your request. After the 14-day withdrawal period, no refunds are provided for already paid periods. When the subscription is canceled, your access to the service will end at the end of the prepaid period.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your password and other account details remain confidential. You agree not to share your login details with third parties and to notify Searchwipe immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Searchwipe reserves the right to modify these general terms at any time. In case of changes, we will provide reasonable notice to users. Your continued use of the services following such changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

Force Majeure

Searchwipe is not responsible for delays or service failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

Disputes and Governing Law

Any disputes between the parties should initially be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in Swedish court under Swedish law.
